Commercial Contracting
Commercial Contracting is an important part of the Company. Consisting mainly of large internal alterations such as partitions, suspended ceilings, mezzanine floors, walkways, fire compartments, large extensions, but also includes new build.
Our client base includes local Councils, Universities, Hospitals, Housing Associations and several large Oil Companies.
We work on a range of different types of buildings such as Schools, Hospitals, Offices, Warehouses, Factories, Old Peoples Homes and Public and Private Housing.
Each requires different considerations such as Health and Safety, working in school holidays, working at weekends, noise effects and access requirements, but in common with all is minimising disturbance to the customer and the user group.
The work can be one-off projects, ongoing maintenance and renewal or contract work such as window and door replacements or kitchen and bathroom replacements.
