Tina Craib        -    Commercial Director

Tina has extensive management experience within both the public and private sectors, most recently with Scottish Enterprise.  She manages the systems administration and contract management of our projects and build costs, liaising with Clients,  Surveyors, Architects, Suppliers and Sub Contractors as required. 

Jim Birnie        -    Contracts Director

Jim has a long history within the building industry and has been with Rae Brown & Co since 1976.  He oversees the daily running of our projects, liaising with Clients and Architects as required and ensuring that sub contractors are on site as required.  His knowledge of the construction industry is comprehensive and his familiarity with Health & Safety procedures and site management is extensive.

Gavin Farquhar    -    Group Director   

Gavin is responsible for meeting with Clients, establishing their requirements and generally getting the projects rolling.  He remains personally involved throughout in all aspects of each of the projects.  
His specialist conservation and refurbishment knowledge is comprehensive and second to none and coupled with an extensive knowledge of the construction industry generally.
