We originally carried out property maintenance for Grampian Regional Council. This led to the creation of a small department concentrating on maintenance. Our customer base is predominantly Hospitals, Charities, Housing Associations and the Councils.

The work is generally reactive and incredibly varied. This requires people with tremendously varied skills and flexibility. This area is a very competitive market place and crucial to the Company’s success is our ability for fast reactive responses and the skill and flexibility of our staff.
