This is an increasing important part of the Company. Bringing the skills, experience and crucially organisational ability as a Main Contractor in the Commercial sector to private client work has been very successful.

Our expertise has concentrated on house extensions and loft conversions although one-off traditional and new build kits have been completed.

The increasing popularity of steading conversions in rural areas have increased the Company’s domestic work outwith Aberdeen itself.  Renovation of derelict, semi-derelict or simply dated houses is another important part of the Company’s domestic contracting arm.

The Company’s extensive experience as a Main Contractor allows architects to deal with one point of contact who can provide a turnkey completion of their projects.
